Yes, but only if the guest agrees with the following additional conditions:

• Your preferred check-in time may not be guaranteed. However, we will do our best to provide you with the earliest arrangement.

• We may arrange for you to either do a self-check-in or assign a Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to meet you at the property.

• You will be required to immediately submit ID proofs of you and all other companions (both adults and children) for community registration purposes. The IDs/documents must have clear photos and details.

• Our properties are set to be ready upon your arrival but may require additional cleaning or touch-ups.

• The availability of community facilities may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

• All guests or visitors below 19 years old must be accompanied by adults during check-in.

• You have fully read and agreed with our House Rules and Cancellation Policy.
