PURPOSE
To ensure that the property listings are of the highest quality and accuracy. This policy aims to enhance customer satisfaction, foster trust, and uphold the reputation of our brand.
SCOPE
This policy applies specifically to the Listing Department and encompasses all activities related to the creation, updating, and maintenance of property listings across various platforms, including but not limited to websites, online marketplaces, and booking platforms.

POLICY
- Information Gathering: Obtain accurate and up-to-date information about each property, including its features, amenities, location, and availability.
- Content Creation: Draft clear, concise, and engaging descriptions of properties and amenities, ensuring all information provided is accurate and free from exaggeration.
- Visual Content Creation: Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties that accurately represent their appearance and features.
- Listing Creation: Input listing details accurately into online platforms, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Regular Updates: Regularly review and update property listings to reflect any changes, such as renovations and upgrades.
- Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from guests and clients regarding the accuracy and quality of listings and use this feedback to make necessary improvements.
