PURPOSE
The Data Protection Policy outlines the principles and procedures for safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of guest information and company data collected and maintained by Deluxe Holiday Homes.

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and third-party vendors who have access to guest information or company data, regardless of their position or role within the organization.

- Guest Information: This policy covers the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information provided by guests during the booking process, including but not limited to names, contact details, payment information, and booking preferences.
- Data Collection and Use: Deluxe Holiday Homes will only collect and use guest information for legitimate business purposes, such as processing reservations, providing requested services, and improving guest experiences. Information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
- Data Security: Deluxe Holiday Homes employs industry-standard security measures to protect guest information and company data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.
- Confidentiality Obligations: All employees, contractors, and third-party vendors are required to maintain the confidentiality of guest information and company data entrusted to them in the course of their duties. This includes refraining from disclosing information to unauthorized parties and using data only for authorized purposes.
- Data Retention: Guest information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Upon request, guests may access, update, or delete their personal information held by Deluxe Holiday Homes.
