General Policies
- Company shall give rights to selected Business Developers to participate in SALES and LONG TERM RENTAL deals, in some cases by supporting with DREI training and registering in DELUXE HOMES REAL ESTATE BROKER (DHRE) company as Real Estate Broker.
- For SALES cases, Business Developer shall have the right to list up to 5x (may be changed based on the package availability with local property portal) listings from his/her own portfolio of landlords and act as real estate broker. For all such cases, commission distribution shall happen as per below table.
- If Business Developer has more than 5x properties for sale, all above-quota listings shall be listed with official real estate broker(s) of DHRE firm.
- All RENTAL cases shall be listed with official real estate broker(s) of DHRE firm only and BD might be eligible for a one-time Referral Fee during following scenarios:
