๐ผ Purpose:
- Define vacation days and the approval process.
- Keep operations smooth during the absence.
- Prevent unused vacation days from piling up.
โ Eligibility:
Must have completed 6 months with the company.
๐ Vacation Details:
- 30 calendar days per year (per UAE law).
- Carryover to next year: Max 15 unused leaves.
- Encashment: Any leave beyond 15 days will be encashed in December salary.
- Salary: Will be paid before vacation.
๐ How to Plan:
- Plan Early: Discuss your leave dates with your manager in advance and get their verbal approval.
- Submit in OASYS: Once you have the verbal approval, submit the leave application in OASYS.

When to apply:
- For long leaves (of 2 to 4 weeks): Apply 2 months in advance.
- For short leaves of up to 1 week: Apply at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Follow-up: If not approved in OASYS within 1 week of submission, follow up with your Manager/HR.

- Public holidays during vacation count as part of your break.
- Managers may adjust or deny vacation based on business needs.
- Managers should ensure accurate leave tracking to avoid scheduling conflicts and staff shortages.
- Failure to return or extension of leave without a valid reason may lead to disciplinary action.
