Onboarding Guidelines

ONBOARDING GUIDELINES - FOR STRICT COMPLIANCE
- All Landlord items shall be removed from the unit before starting the
onboarding process.
IF NOT REMOVED, THE BDM SHALL CONFIRM ONE OF THE BELOW OPTIONS:
- DHH disposes items (if there are furniture and/or large items in the premises, this
service may be chargeable) - DHH transfers the items to the warehouse and stores on behalf of the Landlord (find
more about this service in the leaflet below)
- In case the Landlord provides items from his/her side, the Onboarding team shall
receive a confirmation that all the items are delivered to the unit. - All keys and access cards shall be provided by the BDM and the onboarding
team is not responsible for key collections. - All standardized items shall be provided by DHH, unless approved otherwise by
the management. See the list of standardized items below:
- Bed linen sets, towel sets
- Kitchenware (glassware, crockery, cutlery)
- Safe box
- All following services/DTCM requirements shall be provided by DHH:
- DTCM permit
- Professional photography
- Deep cleaning
- Property insurance
EXTRA CHARGES
There will be additional charges in the following cases:
- If there is an excessive amount of garbage in the unit, the onboarding will arrange
garbage removal for an additional AED 250. - If the onboarding team is required to receive furniture and/or any other deliveries on
behalf of the Landlord and this was not initially communicated with the team. The
fee will be calculated based on the required workload. - If there is additional handyman/maintenance work requested by the Landlord and
not mentioned in the original quotation. The fee will be calculated based on the
required workload.
