PURPOSE
The purpose of this scope is to outline the specific areas and responsibilities related to legal and regulatory compliance for landlords within the Deluxe Holiday Homes property management framework in Dubai.
SCOPE
This scope applies to all landlords who have engaged Deluxe Holiday Homes for property management services in Dubai.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
| Responsible | Description |
| Landlords | Responsible for providing accurate information about their properties, adhering to contractual agreements, and collaborating with Deluxe Holiday Homes to optimize property performance. |
| Owner Support Team | Responsible for facilitating the onboarding process, providing necessary resources and support, and ensuring effective communication with landlords throughout the partnership. |
| Finance Team | Finance team will be responsible to release the funds to the Owner Via Online Transfer during the payout cycle. |
| DET | The government body responsible for regulating the tourism industry, including holiday homes |
POLICY
- Licensing and Registration: Ensure all rental properties are properly licensed and registered with DET.

Maintenance and Repairs:
- Maintain rental properties in a safe and habitable condition as per Dubai's building codes and regulations.
- Address maintenance and repair issues promptly and efficiently to ensure tenant satisfaction and compliance with landlord obligations.

Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure rental properties comply with all health and safety regulations and standards mandated by Dubai authorities.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and rectify any potential safety hazards or violations.

Legal Compliance Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and records related to landlord legal and regulatory compliance activities.
- Prepare and submit required reports or documentation to regulatory authorities as necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Deluxe Holiday Homes will provide guidance and updates on changes to local regulations affecting property management.

Continuing Education and Training:
- Stay updated on changes to Dubai's holiday homes laws, regulations, and best practices through ongoing education and training initiatives.
- Provide training and support to property management staff to ensure awareness and understanding of legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
Policy Review:
This policy is subject to periodic review and revision to ensure it remains current and effective in managing damages and protecting the integrity of Deluxe Holiday Homes.
