2. Click on three dot menu on the TOP-RIGHT corner, and click on REPORT PHOTO.

• Legal Issue: Covered under Articles 43 and 52 – Defamation, harming reputation of individuals or companies.
• Details: If the photo is posted with statements damaging your brand falsely or with intent to harm, you may have grounds.
• Action: Report for defamation, especially if posted on public platforms.

4. Photos Taken in Private Places Without Consent

• Legal Issue: Article 44(1) prohibits taking or distributing photos/videos without consent in private places.
