πŸ’Ό Purpose:

To promote a healthy work-life balance.

βœ… Eligibility:

  • Must have completed 6 months with the company.
  • Only for HODs & Managers (Dubai & Fujairah) with a six-day working week.

πŸ“… Extra Day Off Details:

  • HODs: 1 extra day off per month.
  • Managers: 1 extra day off per month.

πŸ“ How to Apply:

  • Submit as Extra Day Off in OASYS in advance.
  • Approval depends on operation requirements, workload & manager’s discretion

βš™οΈ Operational Requirements

  • Approval is based on:
    • Staffing needs: Enough team members must be available to ensure smooth operations.
    • Peak periods: Not allowed during high-demand seasons unless pre-approved.
    • Business priorities: Requests may be declined if they affect productivity.
  • Plan your day off so another team lead (e.g., Manager or Supervisor) is available to ensure smooth operations.

⚠️ Key Points:

  • Not for HODs & Managers with a five-day working week.
  • No carryover: Must be used within the same month.
  • Not allowed during peak periods (holidays, high-demand seasons) unless approved.
  • Communication & Reachability: Stay reachable by phone, but only for urgent matters or critical business needs.
