Agent/Referrer terms are simple and straightforward:

1. The Properties must be located in any of the following communities: “Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Palm Jumeirah, Bluewater Island, La Mer, City Walk, Downtown Dubai, Madinat Jumeirah project, Business Bay, Dubai Hills, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Emaar Beachfront, Emirates Hills, Dubai Creek Harbour”;
2. Management Fee shall be set to 20% fixed rate;
3. Agent is entitled to receive 3.5%, Business Developer 1.5% and Operator remains with 15% (totalling to 20% that Operator charges the Owner for Management Fee) for first 12-months period; Commission is dependent on actual rental returns solely;
4. Both AGENT and BUSINESS DEVELOPER shall be entitled to receive monthly commissions (3.5% and 1.5% respectfully) on 15th of each month (for previous month's rental proceeds), as long as the property stays active during the term. If terminated by the Landlord, both AGENT and BUSINESS DEVELOPER stop receiving any future commissions.
