Any individual who will do or accept (even on exceptional basis) below action list without GM's personal written approval during or after ONBOARDING, will immediately face AED 10,000 non-negotiable penalty charged from commissions/incentives:

1. Bed linen: Taking/accepting bed linen, towels, bath maths or similar items from the Landlord side and/or doing exceptions fully or partially. Bed linen/towels of all sorts shall always be using our own centralized system.
2. DTCM Required items: Skipping any item which is required by DTCM to be as required.
3. Listing Incomplete Property: Listing a property online while property IS NOT marked as fully ready by the Coordinator.
4. Renting Incomplete Property: Renting a property which was not marked as fully ready by the Coordinator. Such properties cannot be offered as TENTATIVE even.
5. False Information: Providing false information to other department (such as BD providing false information or pictures only to have the property onboarded, or Inspector providing wrong inspection list or Inspector skipping any required items)
6. Not informing to Landlord the true information (attention to BDs): Not informing to the landlords about (a) true/reasonable forecast amount we can achieve, (b) not informing the Landlord about our housekeeping, maintenance & other procedures, (c) not informing the Landlord about payment breakdown on how much Landlord will receive properly, (c) not informing the Landlord about requirements that he/she has to always be responsible for (i) utilities, (ii) maintenance and (iii) service charges and/or other similar points.
7. Not informing the Company about Landlord's requirements: If BD fails to inform the company verbal agreement or notice from landlord about any specific operation (for example Landlord mentioned that all maintenance works shall be done only using his/her given company, or that Landlord requested payout to be done on another date or any other valuable information given by Landlord to BD which is not passed to the company members in written form. Or if BD fails to inform the company about pending/due service charges which he/she was informed about.
