This policy applies to all members responsible for managing pricing and availability information for properties listed on local portals, including websites, apps, and other online platforms catering to the local market.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
| Responsible | Description |
| Listing Admin | Responsible for overseeing the pricing and availability strategy for properties listed on local portals and ensuring compliance with this policy. |
| Reservations Agent | Responsible for addressing inquiries related to pricing and availability on local portals. |
| Revenue Manager | Responsible for analysing market trends and competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions. Responsible for updating pricing and availability information on local portals in a timely and accurate manner. |
POLICY
- Pricing Updates: Update pricing information on local portals in accordance with the pricing strategy, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Availability Management: Manage availability calendars for properties listed on local portals, ensuring they accurately reflect property availability and any restrictions.
- Promotions and Discounts: Implement promotional offers, discounts, and special deals on local portals as part of the pricing strategy, in coordination with marketing teams.
- Monitoring and Adjustments: Continuously monitor pricing and availability on local portals, making adjustments as needed to optimize revenue and occupancy rates.
